Continued progress on current 36 x 48 x 1.25" original acrylic entitled "Edge of Evening" by Marilyn Rea Nasky. It has been fun adding the orange color that attracted me to the image in the first place. As the sun set the top of the Live Oak caught the glow of the early spring light. I did several visual edits on the complicated structure of the tree, and now have to indicate the early spring foliage: the tender bright green of spring impossible to describe in words. I'll post the finished piece tomorrow. Meanwhile, happy painting to all!
